Journey Partners!

Dear Friend,

My friend, Dick Eagan, often speaks of the joy and encouragement of journey partners.

We find countless illustrations of journey partners throughout the record of the Bible:

Moses, Miriam and Aaron             David and Jonathan

Ruth and Naomi                             Elijah and Elisha

Jesus, Peter, James and John     Jesus, Mary, Joanna and Suzanna

The Christian faith is certainly personal but its not private! Our Lord designed us to “walk through the valley” with him – and with the people God gives us.

Who are the journey partners in your life to whom you could say, “I will see you through whatever you are going through” and whom in turn will see you through whatever you are going through?

And Jonathan, Saul's son, rose and went to David at Horesh, and strengthened his hand in God. I Samuel 23:16  

Whose journey partner’s hand will you strengthen today?
