Building One Another

Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.    I Thessalonians 5:11

Call it Good Vol 1 No 5

Dear Friend,

Consider the thoughts of God:

“And God saw that it was good.” Genesis 1:10* “And God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:12 “And God saw that it was good.” Genesis 1:18 “And God saw that it was good.” Genesis 1:21 “And God saw that it was good.” Genesis 1:25.

“God saw everything that he had made, and behold it was very good.” Genesis 1:31

God made it good and God called it good! God calls good that which is good.

“Well done, good and faithful servant!... enter in the joy of your master!” Matthew 25:21

"You are my beloved Son;[a] with you I am well pleased." Luke 3:22

It is so easy to criticize, complain, and nitpick. Finding fault with friends, children, husbands, wives, politicians, teachers, and everyone else is such a temptation.

Look for the things in life you can call good:

A husband, wife, child, or friend: find strength and call it good.

An employer or employee: look for a positive quality and call it good.

A political or community leader: find the positive quality and call it good.

A challenging situation: observe the useful aspects and call them good.

Major in blessing: see what is good and call it good.
